Artist Applications

Expressions of Interest for the 2022 festival are now closed. Due to the large number received, applicants will only be contacted if more information is required or an offer is forthcoming. Unfortunately we are unable to service ongoing enquiries to advise applicants who are not successful. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please note that we do not take expressions of interest for KidZone, The Planet Talks, Taste the World, or our workshop programs.

Volunteer applications are now open. 

Please note there are only limited positions available, with the majority of openings on our Bars Volunteer Team. All applications are greatly appreciated. 

The following steps detail how to apply to be a WOMADelaide 2022 Volunteer via the Better Impact database:

1. Click the "Apply" link at the bottom of this page.
2. You will be taken to the WOMADelaide MyImpactPage on Better Impact.
3. Please read through the important information on this page, including volunteer conditions, key dates and volunteer roles.
4. Once you have read this information, please click on "Fill in an application" under "I would like to volunteer" in the green box, top right hand side of the page. 
5. You will then be prompted to create a new account if you’re new to the MyImpactPage.
6. You will then be taken to the application page where you must fill in your personal information. You must also select your "top 3 role preferences", and this is how the Volunteer Coordinators will be rostering you into shifts.
7. Please ensure you fill out the entire application form.
8. Then click ‘Submit Application’ at the bottom of the page.

Please note: You must have your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate ready to upload upon application.

We will then be rostering you into specific shifts once we receive your response. Volunteer positions will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
